沖縄と熱海を行ったり来たり、年中リゾート気分。

☆毎日が日曜日、気持ちは40代、中身はポンコツ。

朝の目覚まし時計に追われることもなく（日の出とともに目覚めて）、毎日が日曜日のような暮らし。時間に縛られない日々は、思っていた以上に自由で、そして面白いものです。
私は人生のフリーマン。ちょっとポンコツなところも愛嬌だと笑い飛ばしながら、今日も元気に動き回っています。

でも財布は庶民派。人生経験豊富なbloggerは今日もSaxとGolf奮闘記。
そんな私のライフワークは、沖縄と熱海をひと月ごとに行き来する二拠点生活。

沖縄では南国の風に吹かれ、熱海では海と山に抱かれ、まるで二冊の本を同時に読み進めているような感覚。ページをめくるたびに新しい景色が現れ、物語が厚みを増していく――そんな暮らしを楽しんでいます。

私のAI編 〜「論理」と「感性」の二刀流・シルバー世代AI活用塾〜

私は現役時代、アナログ業務をフローチャート化し、コンピュータシステムの言語へと変換する重要な役割を担ってきました。 業界では「システムアナリスト (System Analyst)」と呼ばれる職務。業務の構造化と要件定義を専門とし、**「曖昧さを許さない論理の鬼」**として現場を走り回っていました。

この経験から骨の髄まで染み付いているのが、「正しい答えは正しいフローからしか導けない」という信念です。

現在はそのカチコチの知見を活かし、AIとの協業に取り組んでいます。 でも、今の私はただの元技術者ではありません。**「左手に論理（システムアナリスト）、右手に感性（サックスプレイヤー）」**を持つ、ちょっと欲張りなフリーマンです。

AIは便利で強力な道具ですが、放っておくとすぐにお茶目な嘘をついたり、明後日の方向へ暴走したりします。そんな時、私の**「アナリストの目」**がキラリと光ります。 「おっと、そのロジックは穴だらけだよ？」 AIの出力を分析・検証し、人間が正しいフロー（道筋）を示してあげる。すると、AIはまるで優秀な弟子のように輝き出すのです。

さらに重要なのは、ただ正解を教えるだけでなく、AIが間違えた時に「なぜ間違えたのか」を鋭く指摘し、正しい演奏へ戻すための**“指揮者”になること。 AIは万能ではありません。だからこそ、人間が「論理という楽譜」**を用意し、AIに最高のパフォーマンスをさせる必要があるのです。

そのために私は『協業ルール』を提案し、AIとのやり取りを儀式化・構造化することで、再現性と信頼性を確保しています。 AIに振り回されるのではなく、AIを正しく導き、時に笑いながら、時に厳しく育てていくこと。

「カチッとした論理」で土台を作り、「柔らかな感性」で物語を奏でる。 これが、私流の「シルバー世代AI活用塾」の実践です。

音楽編（SAX）

サックス演奏歴は55年。初心者が「あきらめず継続できる」ように、日々切磋琢磨しています。

財布は庶民派でも、心は年中リゾート気分。ユーモアとほっこり感満載の暮らしを綴っています。

• 沖縄ライフ：朝イチのゴルフ、夕方のサックスレッスン、仲間とのコンペ、南国の空気と音楽の融合。
• 熱海ライフ：干物と土鍋ごはんの朝食、ヨットハーバーでのサックス演奏、いきいきプラザでのレッスン。

Always in a resort mood, moving back and forth between Okinawa and Atami.

☆ Every day feels like Sunday. My spirit is in my 40s, though I call myself a “lovable clumsy free man.”

I wake up with the sunrise, not with an alarm clock. Life without strict schedules is more liberating and fun than I ever imagined. I laugh at my clumsy side and keep moving with energy. My wallet is modest, but my heart is rich with stories of saxophone and golf.

My lifework is a two-base lifestyle: one month in Okinawa, one month in Atami. In Okinawa, I enjoy the southern breeze; in Atami, I am embraced by the sea and mountains. It feels like reading two books at the same time—each page brings a new scene, and the story gains depth.

My AI Chapter: The Dual Wield of Logic and Sensibility – The Silver Generation AI Collaboration School

In my professional career, I played a crucial role in transforming analog workflows into computer system languages. My job was close to what the industry calls a System Analyst—specializing in structuring business processes and defining requirements. I earned a reputation as a "demon of logic," constantly enforcing strict, bug-free flows in the field.

This experience instilled a belief deep within me: "The right answer only comes from the right flow."

Now, I apply that rock-solid knowledge to AI collaboration. But the current me is not just a former technician; I am a somewhat greedy free man, holding "Logic in my left hand (System Analyst) and Sensibility in my right (Sax Player)."

AI is a powerful tool, but if left unattended, it can quickly tell a mischievous lie or bolt off in the wrong direction. When that happens, my "Analyst's Eye" glints. "Hold on, that logic is full of holes, isn't it?" I analyze the AI's output, and when a human (me) provides the correct flow, the AI begins to shine like a brilliant apprentice.

More importantly, I serve as the "Conductor"—not just to correct the output, but to pinpoint why the AI made the mistake, guiding it back to a flawless performance. We don't need to fear AI. We just need to be the mature conductors guiding these young digital prodigies.

I established the 'Collaboration Rules,' ritualizing and structuring interactions with AI to ensure reproducibility and trustworthiness. My philosophy: utilizing "rigid logic" to build the foundation and "soft sensibility" to perform the story.

This is the essence of my "Silver Generation AI Collaboration School" in practice.

Music Chapter (SAX)

I have played the saxophone for over 55 years. My mission is to help beginners continue without giving up.

Common struggles: “unstable sound,” “difficulty in keeping practice.”

Solutions: creative practice methods, personal experiences, and lessons learned from failures.

I also offer free lessons, creating a safe space for beginners to enjoy saxophone. Music connects people, and the smiles it brings are my greatest treasure.

Two-Base Lifestyle (Okinawa × Atami)

I live one month in Okinawa, one month in Atami.

In Okinawa: morning golf, evening saxophone lessons, competitions with friends, southern air blending with music.

In Atami: breakfast with dried fish and rice in a clay pot, saxophone at the yacht harbor, lessons at the community center.

My wallet is modest, but my heart is always in a resort mood. Humor and warmth fill my daily life.
